The AmbientWeather.net server includes a handy timeline for tracking IFTTT triggered applets.

Product Description
Ambient Weather's WS-7078 Professional Weather Station allows you to monitor your home and backyard weather conditions with the brilliant, easy-to-read color LCD film display. Monitor indoor and outdoor conditions, including wind speed, wind direction, rainfall, UV, light intensity, barometric pressure, indoor temperature, indoor humidity, dew point, heat index, wind chill and more. The weather station measures wind speed, wind direction, rainfall, outdoor temperature and humidity, solar radiation and UV; while the console measures temperature, humidity and barometric pressure. The console also displays Feel Like temperature, moon phase, and a barometric pressure based forecast.
The Sensor Array
The wireless sensor array features an anemometer, a radiation shield, and a balance indicator for plumb installation.
It connects to the console via RF (915 MHz) up to 100 feet line of sight in open air (300 feet under most conditions). The wireless signal will not pass through solid metal, earth, or ground.
The sensor array mounts to any pole between 1 and 2" diameter with mounting stand and clamps (included).
Enhanced WiFi
The WiFi connection is very easy to set up and supports all WiFi routers. Includes UI or web browser interface for programming WiFi router connectivity. The time is automatically synchronized through internet UTC time server, providing split second accuracy.

The WS-7078 supports up to 7 additional sensors. Mix & match from our TX-31 series of thermo-hygrometer sensors, soil moisture-temperature sensors, and pool/spa thermometers.
