The Ambient Weather WS-5000-IP Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station with Remote Monitoring is the most sophisticated home and light industrial weather station we have ever created. Our smart wind meter has no moving parts to wear out, and includes a revolutionary ultrasonic anemometer that is more sensitive to changes in wind speed and direction and transmits faster than traditional wind cup designs. The Weather Hub with LED status indicators measures and logs ultrasonic wind speed, direction, rainfall, temperature, humidity, UV, and Solar Radiation from the outdoor sensor array as well as indoor conditions.
Weather data transmits wirelessly (915 MHz RF) up to 1,000' line of sight range (300' under most conditions, with the exception of metal barriers). Rain data transmits wirelessly (915 MHz RF) up to a 300' line of sight range (100' under most conditions, with the exception of metal barriers). Supports both imperial and metric units of measure, offers calibration for all measured parameters, and high and low alarm conditions with audible alerts.

The small, sleek WeatherHub receives weather data from your outdoor sensor array or optional sensors and discretely sends the data to The Ambient Weather Network over your ethernet/LAN or WiFi connection: Indoor / Outdoor Temperature Barometric Pressure Solar Radiation UV Rainfall Wind Speed & Direction And more!
This low draw network device is ideal for offices, labs, shops, remote monitoring, second homes, or vacation homes where a local display is not required.
An optional display can be added to all Ambient Weather Stations (WS-5000-CONSOLE, WS-2902C-CONSOLE-AC, WS-2000-CONSOLE-AC, WS-1900A-CONSOLE-AC)
Ultrasonic Sensor Array
The wireless sensor array features a pagoda thermo-hygrometer radiation shield with passive aspiration for the upmost accuracy, a bubble level for plumb installation, and a solar panel.
It connects to the console via RF (915 MHz) up to 1000 feet line of sight in open air (300 feet under most conditions). The wireless signal will not pass through solid metal, earth, or ground.
The sensor array mounts to any pole between 1.25 and 2" diameter with adaptive mounting bracket and U-Bolt design that can be tightened to your mounting pole (not included).
Extra Large Rain Cup
The extra-large rain cup ensures better accuracy. Since the sensor is wireless, it can be placed close to the ground, and the removable lid makes for easy service and maintenance.
The Indoor Thermo-Hygrometer-Barometer
The WH32B indoor sensor will monitor temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure. One sensor is included with the WS-5000 weather station system. Optional Sensors (sold separately)
The WS-5000-IP supports up to 8 additional thermometers, 2 air quality sensors (1 indoor and 1 outdoor), 4 leak detectors, 8 soil meters, and a lightning detector.
